Rion’s good foundation - and some creative customization - results in some extraordinary moments for our clients and their guests. A new client of ours, Biossance, recently launched their sustainable skin care line and had specific branding guidelines and items they wanted incorporated into their events - and we did just that.
FIRM FOUNDATION
We love a good trend as much as the next guy, but we’ve based much of our inventory on well-made, neutral, flexible and convertible pieces that will stand the test of time. We then supplement with chic finds from Maison & Objet or custom builds and pieces from local artisans.
Building upon our foundational inventory, we can then focus on customizing pieces for our clients: bar fronts, menus, pillows, signage, welcome bags, et al! Following strict branding guidelines and color palettes our team sources, designs and executes the vision for each specific item.

CUSTOMIZE
Adding layers of customized pieces creates a one-of-a-kind experience for our clients. Often times, it’s these special pieces that make an event.
We had our eye on this handmade, glass blown, blush pendant for awhile and were just waiting for the perfect reason to add it to our inventory. Our client wanted their furnishings and decor to match their branding - and this was the piece de resistance. Suspended in our cabanas it created the perfect ambiance for their guests while dining at Alpha Omega Winery.
Lush, comfy throw pillows featuring their logo and color-matched to their branding guidelines created additional custom accents.

Renting furniture creates less waste and recycles materials that already exist. Our products are rented multiple times. We invest in durable pieces and maintain them throughout the rental process, ensuring the products’ longevity while reducing the waste of natural resources. When we are ready to part with a piece, consumers receive a good value on a quality pre-leased product.
