CAVIAR + CHAMPAGNE POP UP | YOUNTVILLE

We’ve noticed a huge increase in clients featuring caviar at their events. Then recently found the most unique and incredible gem right here in the Napa Valley and had the chance to experience it first hand with our friends from Alexis Raine Events. Regiis Ova Caviar & Champagne Lounge in Yountville, California is a new pop-up destination featuring a celebration of bubbles, classic dishes with a contemporary approach, and, of course, caviar.

THE LOUNGE

The Lounge presents a whimsical approach to caviar and a variety of prestige Champagne offerings. Regiis Ova Caviar is paired with small plates and snacks from Chef Thomas Keller.   

 Regiis Ova (“Royal Egg” in Latin) is a caviar company founded by Chef Thomas Keller and Shaoching Bishop.  Their mission is to support sustainable farming and provide chefs with high quality caviar at more affordable prices. The caviar is hand-picked directly from the best sources of sturgeon farm partners.



THE CUISINE

A whimsical approach to caviar, Regiis Ova Caviar & Champagne Lounge’s menu emphasizes snacks to be enjoyed with pre- or post-dinner drinks, or as a dining destination. Guests are encouraged to order caviar and roe by the gram or tin to enjoy alongside their dishes. Servers help to curate the experience, suggesting caviar pairings based on flavor, texture and value. Menu highlights include Daniel Boulud Smoked Salmon with Meyer lemon schmear and bagel wafers, and Hass Avocado Mousseline, a Hass avocado purée with under a layer of Siberian caviar.


THE AMBIANCE

The space was designed with a curated assortment of RH furnishings where exquisite dishes are presented in a lush garden setting or within a series of elegant lounge spaces in a palette of deep sea greens, organic textures and luxe seating. Live music jazz and the Mediterranean-like climate of Napa Valley make this an experience for all your senses.
