WELCOME
Greeted with jammies, an eco-friendly, branded tote and an itinerary for the days ahead - each guest received this welcome gift upon entering their room.
You only have one chance to make a first impression.
FAREWELL
We love supporting our local enterprises - and so do our out of town clients and guests. Attendees’ parting gift included Spottswoode Wine, chocolates, tea leaves and sustainable mug. Read more on why we love Spottswood so much here.
IT‘S IN THE DETAILS
It was important to our client to have branding placed subtly throughout the event. For spa day, we placed logos on our recycled glass vases - nestled amongst product - on existing shelving. When guests went outside to lounge, they could cozy up to a branded pillow in colors aligning with the client’s branding guidelines. .
MIRROR SELFIE
With high profile influencers in attendance, our client wanted to have their logo and product in each guest’s hotel bathroom. A perfect mirror selfie moment! We created static cling logos for easy placement and removal.
BUT FIRST, BRUNCH
Custom signage added to our fluted wall backdrop added a personalized and warm feeling to brunch at 1 Hotel. We designed these stunning menus and teamed up with the incredible Napa Note for concept and execution of the copper place cards. A sweet take away that could be used as a bookmark or keepsake from the event.
REPURPOSED | Our backdrop was used at brunch and then taken to the meeting place | offices, as well.
WINE + DINE
The finale dinner amid the vineyards, under our cabanas was held at the gorgeous Alpha Omega Winery. We thought these pink glass pendant lights - also aligning with the client’s color branding guidelines - were so perfect and fabulous we added them to our inventory!
